Vince black twill pants -- I've been looking for a pair of straight leg not too narrow black pants as jeans alternatives.

Ted Baker blouse -- love his prints!! The sleeve is big, which is not usually my thing, but I'm liking it.

Yay or nay?

These pants strike me as too short but not quite cropped . . . love the blouse, though!

The blouse is crazy! How do you feel about the bell sleeves? So unique! Hard to tell about the pants, they seem like they fit well.

I don't get the same wow feeling with these like I did the cobalt jeans. I don't think the pants are tapered enough for the length. And I love me some Ted Baker and creative sleeves, but I just can't help but think...

The pants would need to have the waist taken in a bit, but now looking closely, I doubt there's enough allowance at the hem to get much more length out of them. I think I'll have to keep looking for pants...

Janet, ack I hope I didn't ruin anything for you! Just wanted to give you my honest first thought. Mind you I don't see it in every puff sleeve, but that particular large billow with the tight elbow gathering really conjures up that image.

Disclosure: I do have a bell sleeve dress, so I'm not prejudice against them.

I love the outfit.

I am in great love with that length pants but no idea of how to wear so end up looking frumpy in floods... Your pants are narrower in width though so look so much better~

Man I love the blouse! Drama! Gorgeous print! Looks fab on you! If the pants were about 2 inches longer, with some scrunch, you would be in business.

I held off on the pants -- black trousers are plentiful enough that I should be able to find a pair that is longer.

I got the blouse -- we'll see how it fares when I put it to the test in an outfit. I'm thinking my black skinny jeans would work.

I also think I finally found a good striped long sleeve tee for me! Oddly enough, it's a boatneck, which sometimes doesn't work well on my chest. It's a black and olive Vince tee with a slight dolman sleeve, and I liked it so much I didn't even bother getting an outside opinion! I love the low contrast and the sleeves. I'll share a pic later.

I just had a thought, too -- if the sleeve width on that blouse bothers me, I could probably get it taken in a bit without too much trouble.

I know what you mean, Anna. I love Ted Baker prints, but the cuts are not always easy to wear! If this had been fuller through the body, I would have passed. I love the neckline.
