Wow. YLF in that dress. And how do you wear a preppy dress, with pearls no less, and look so fashionable and fashion foward ???
And those lemon mules soooo fun.

Wow! You look fantastic! If I found ironing as therapeutic as you, I’d be a lemming. Gorgeous, Angie!

Love it on you, Angie! You look gorgeous in that dress!

SO pretty. Love this! It looks very Boden, doesn’t it?

I have little experience with this brand but LOVED this dress that I recently purchased from 1901: https://m.shop.nordstrom.com/s.....038;cm_em=

Very pretty on you. I'm afraid it would make me look too hausfrau since I don't have much of a defined waist. I'm thinking apples should avoid this? Oh well, plenty of dresses to still choose from.

Gorgeous! I do so love the red version! Thanks for sharing!

You look fantastic! I love the unexpected lemon mules.

That looks fab on you! Great find.

Looks wonderful, I'll be heading into the store to try it on!

Sublime outfit, the full skirt is so elegant.
I noticed 1901 have a beautiful plaid halter neck dress in Care Bear colours- very gorgeous.
Those lemon mules are fabulous too :).

Quick chime in from the NAS trenches - THANK YOU ALL for the awfully kind words.

(The dress is not a comfy and easy fit on apple shapes).

Absolutely gorgeous on you Angie, and glad you got out for a belated Birthday celebration even in the midst of NASA.

The dress really appeals to me and I am tempted, though not sure if my lack of bust/Waist difference would be a problem. Self ties sometimes not a great look on me either.

Angie, you look gorgeous in your new dress and mules.

That style was made for you - and Grace Kelly your style soul sister. Love that you found another pair of mules that work for you!

Clothes are really nice! Indeed, I love the navy that you wear.

Great dress, and thanks so much for taking a couple pictures!! Love the lemon mules, too. Very much appreciate the insights into the 1901 brand. It had caught my eye.

You look fantastic! I have similar mules and can't get used to them with dresses. I love them with jeans and pants, but maybe I'll try again since you make it look so good!

Thank you, ladies. I wore the dress to work yesterday. It's SOOO easy and comfy. I don't find the bow fussy at all.

Anne, the waist will sit higher than your natural waist, and the volume on the skirt is very streamlined. I think you'll like it.

Jaime, I'm blushing.

Cathy, JUST WEAR THE FLAT MULES with dresses and skirts. Don't even think about it! It's a big look in Italy. It dresses down a dressy dress - very handy.

Kathie and Karie, I'll be keeping a closer eye on the 1901 brand too. Although Boden quality is better....

Gorgeous dress, Angie! I took a closer look at your new birthday Furla, too! Beautiful, just beautiful!
The navy dress would likely get lots of wear from me, but the red......ooh, that one is grabbing my attention!

What a treat for us to see you in a WYW! Beautiful you in a lovely dress! May the birthday celebrations continue!!

You're lovely, Mainelady & Merwoman. Go Team Dress

FAB in every way! So You, Angie! So June Cleaver! (That's a compliment) but I love how you've updated the retro look with the to-die-for lemon mules. You got them in Italy, no?

Dana, YES. I got the lemon mules in Italy. They are fab Summer going-out shoes. (I had to google June Cleaver )

Slightly off topic, but speaking of Nordstrom house brands, what (if anything) has replaced Classiques Entier? Curious to find that quality in the NAS without having to sort through ALL of the items. Loved the CE sweaters, for example.

happy happy birthday, fellow astrological crab.

bj1111, thank you. When is your birthday?

Laurel, Nordies house brand Lewitt has replaced Classiques Entier - but it's NOT a good replacement (although the quality is FAB). I miss CE for formal business clients.

This dress looks like it was made just for you.

Lovely to see you on the forum, Kyle. Miss you. Xo

Lovely! I echo what Laura said.....I was going to comment on your perfect bow as well. I fiddle and fiddle but they never look so neat and tidy.

Add me to the list of dress lovers.

Angie- you rock that gorgeous dress.

And I will forever applaud your descriptions of how a piece plays on different body types. Ever so helpful.
