What I'm finding with trying to find shirts for skinnies and leggings is that it requires trying on to know whether something will work right. Something that seems in my head to be a good fit for length just doesn't work when I try it on and vice versa. So try, try again. (And that's true really for everything.) Long story short, we could pronounce it one way or the other and then be proven wrong when you try it on.
