Yesterday I was in AT and tried on several things. I was wearing a bracelet that my husband gave me quite a few years ago when I got home I discovered it was gone and I started thinking about where I had been that day. Several stores and a craft show.
The only place I tried anything on was AT. I called an a lady had found my bracelet and the sales clerk had it in a box waiting for me this morning.
I was so upset with losing it and elated at finding it. I really appreciate the sales staff at AT for hanging on to it.

This happened to me too. When I was shoe shopping at DSW, I was carrying a bag with my favorite jeans (7FAM Roxannes), as well as a scarf, AND an invoice that had my address on it. I put it down to try on a pair of shoes and completely forgot it. I called and it turned out one of the staff members had picked it up and put it aside, but as it was Friday, I could not go back and get it until Monday. They kindly held it in the manager's office for me until Monday. I was so relieved. I also once left my Marc Jacobs sunnies there, and they kept them safe for me too. Consequently I am a huge fan of the staff there, but I definitely have to be careful not to put ANYTHING down there when I go.

That feeling of panic when you first realize you have lost something valuable is so awful! I would love to go the rest of my life without that feeling.

Oh thank goodness a good samaritan found it and handed it over to the staff.

When my first born was 4 yrs old, I accidentally left his favorite teddy bear at a hotel and it wasn't until we had driven HUNDREDS of miles away that I recalled leaving it behind! Luckily when I called, the maid had brought it to the office and they were kind enough to mail it to our destination. Whew!

Once I forgot my earrings in a hotel room, and they mailed them to me before I even realized it. Yay, for happy stories to keep up your faith in other people.

A friends 8mth old daughter had her Pandora bracelet on when they were shopping, and the daughter flung it off (no one knows how she did it as it was quite firm), and its never been seen since
