Well, I hope that Anne is doing better today and is none the worst for her unfortunate experience. And, once your emotions get back to normal, that lovely shirt will make you laugh every time you see it in your closet. It's good story--and it will get even better in the re-telling!

My heart was in my throat reading this. I hope the shirt recovers, and the experience doesn't mar the memories of your wonderful celebration.

That's a shirt worthy of high drama! ( Looks pretty good there on the hotel towel, too.) I have a feeling that there will always be a little extra excitement in the air when you wear it . . .

Gorgeous top with a great backstory -- what a bonus!

I'm glad you found it. When I backpacked Europe, I found a sweater in the gutter in Paris, and of course I strapped that sopping mess onto the outside of my pack and brought it back with me to the States as a souvenir. Always have wondered who it belonged to and how it got there.

Oh my goodness!! What a lovely shirt and what a range of emotions! Hope the wedding went well:)

OH my God, what emotional adventures you have had Deb- your story made me cry with one eye and laugh with the other!:-) Can we see the MOG outfit in action, too? Congratulations for your baby Boy!:-))

Since this got bumped... now that you've had a chance to wash it, do you have a happy ending to share????
