I really like vests, I like having my arms free & they work really well in our climate even on a mild winters day. I love the khaki utility one Angie posted but I don't seem to be able to find anything like that here yet. What do you you think of this one? Would it work with skirts as well as pants as per Angie's formula? Or is it more gear looking?
