Angie's Salad Dressing Question

Hi Angie,
I would like to try your salad dressing recipe

However, I am not sure of the amounts to add of each of the ingredients. I realize some of it my personal preference, but could you tell me how much vinegar/oil.

Angie has said in the past that she just eyeballs everything and doesn't measure. I make a similar dressing and usually do a cup of olive oil and 1/4 cup of vinegar. I don't like lots of vinegar in my dressing, just enough for some tartness. If you like more, then add more. Some people prefer more vinegar than olive oil. It's totally personal.

The rest of the ingredients I think you can judge for yourself. Just add a teaspoon or so, taste, and add more as you see fit.

Great response, Maya. I’m off the hook! I wouldn’t be able to tell you the quantities Susand because I *do* eyeball all my cooking which is why I’m dreadful at relaying recipes. Hope the dressing works out.
