I have had two main hair styles my whole life: very short, and bob (from about the age of 13). But then you know, short hair in the '80's was quite the teased rock formation, and not a pixie.

My late Mum always said that I look better with shorter hair (bob or pixie) because of my dainty features and long neck - so I guess that played a role. I have been with Greg for 24 years and he also loves me with short hair. In fact, he was the instigater after it being quite long after one point.I have also had very long hair - the '90's thing.

I went really short again (after a short bob) 4 years ago, and have not looked back. I have never really worn earrings either.

I forgot to answer your earring question! I'm on Team less is more so my specs are enough. I also have just never really been into earrings, although I did wear them on my wedding day. I used to wear pearl studs as a child.

Now that my hair is as short as yours, I realize that something as small as an earring can have big impact, and for me, most of the time, it's too much. I am on a quest for the type of earring that would suit small frame/ small face / small ears / short hair. I think I should go small earrings if any(?)

You are lucky to have had a supportive mom who told you the truth.

In case your question is not directed solely to Angie, diamond/CZ or pearl studs add sparkle/glow to a small face without being overwhelming, and go with pretty much everything. If you prefer metal, then huggies are subtle, and two-tone ones are very versatile.
