put pets in the "General" tab, so I want to post a picture of our lovely Omar Little Shariffe in his bow tie. We adopted him in Sept. This was the day he went to meet his "grandparents" and "aunt".

He had been running around a major city here in MA and living on the street. The vet thinks he is about 6. He is such a gift and a wonderful little gentleman. I think that he looks great in blue and plaid is really in.

Any suggestions from Sam or other furry friends ?

approprio..hahahahahaha...no, not yet. We don't have deserts in MA but we do have the Cape Code National Seashore sand dunes ! How hard can it be to find the other stuff? : )

LOVE Little Omar. What a precious and lucky little guy - and dapper too. Super cute bow tie. Almost 6 pound Sam wants Omar to come play and snuggle in Seattle. Adorable Mollie can come too.

Oh , that purple dinosaur looks soooo inviting to Omar. Omar would LOVE to have a playdate ; he is 10 lbs. He does have a big brother who is 80lbs but having someone you can see eye to eye with is always a treat . : )

Omar says "hi" to Sam and thank you for the invite. He will talk it over with Mollie when Mollie wakes up. LOL

This little guy was a stray at an elementary school when he was just a puppy. He finally got picked up by animal control and eventually made it to Russell Rescue. We adopted him when he was about 10 months old. He's now five years old and an absolute sweetheart. His nickname is Bob Barker. Can you guess why?

Oh, my, I am not even a dog lover, but Omar, is an exceptionally handsome pup (as are all the pooches pictured here - then again, I wouldn't expect any less from YLF!). I am a cat lover myself, so props to delurked, but I am sadly allergic to everything fur-bearing I've ever met.

So I have no pets, but in an ideal life, I would have a miniature goat in pajamas or a sweater as a house pet.

Oh yes, the sun is MUCH preferred to the snow. Omar is not fond of the snow and tries to walk on just his front legs to avoid putting all four paws down in the snow. Sam would understand.

Bob Barker !!! hahahahahahahahaha ! that is great...I do see the resemblance. ; )

Echo, I LOVE BABY GOATS ! yes, I am yelling. I would love one in a sweater or a tutu.

Of course Ultraviolet's baby can join. It would be purrrrfect. : )

If Omar would like to have Maggie show him how much fun the snow can be, he is welcome in Boulder.
Advice from Maggie: sit on laps and get lots of petting.

Mollie loves to play with kitties! Her friend ittybittykittykitty (yes, that's a lot of name for a cat LOL) plays a running game with her where they chase each other around the yard. She says Omar, Sam, Bob Barker, Maggie, and all those cats all look like better friends to play with than Shelby and Leroy Jethro (the neighbors have very large dogs that just run all over Mollie on accident when she tries to play with them)

Given that he is a shade of cognac, you might find inspiration in this ink, rust, and tomato ensemble, too.

Omar is beyond cute and a very good fashion ambassador for bow ties. Bijou my Westie says hello and hopes that Omar loves toys as much as she does. She got her sheep on the first day that we brought her home from the breeder and is still very attached to it (9 years later the sheep is looking a bit thread bare, but still hanging in there).
