I'm with you Anne! Although the peopleofwalmart website can be good for a laugh, it does seems awfully mean-spirited to me. And the idea of taking a photo of someone because they look horrible makes me uncomfortable. What if the person turned around and saw you doing it?
I don't usually shop at Walmart (and the stories of how they treat their workers are legendary), but there have been times I have had to stop in for something when desperate. I have seen some people who look a bit sloppy, but nothing worse than that. I did, however, see a woman wearing her pajamas in public at a nice shop in downtown DC the other day. I did not take her photo.
