Angie, have you seen these shoes?

I have seen them. In person. And yes, they are stunning. I am strongly considering a pair. I wore my Stuart Weitzman booties in London most days. And they stood the test!! Despite being quite pointy-toed, they were my most comfortable shoes on the trip. I even wore them in the snow (though I had protected them and had an umbrella - and there was, of course, no salt on the streets.)

Ceit, these Martens is way beyond cool and I have already seen them on Angie's Pinterest board. What a great find of yours! I would be tempted but they do not come in my size

Suz, my biggest concen that they an be narrow for me. I hope you tried them on. How was the fit comparing to SE python booties? I think the booties fit me without room to spare: they fit best over a sheer sock. If those SW are narrower that the python booties they will not be an option for me

Sveta and Ceit - you two are KILLING me with these gorgeous items! Sveta, I truly hope you can find a pair of SW's that fit you. I know I am considering investing in a pair at some point. I've had it with less than comfy and long lasting shoes and boots!

Shannon, this is so true! I am also done with low quality footwear. Mind you, high price does not automatically mean higher quality though so we should be vigilant!

Agreed Sveta - one of my most comfortable pair of booties and longest lasting are a pair of $50 Blowfish boots. I can walk for hours in those things. The rubber heel grip is coming off one and I'm going to pay to have it fixed - they are that comfy.
