Angie and others: Club Monaco coat sizing

Hi all. I am eyeing the Laurant coat on Club Monaco and wonder how their sizing is in this department. I normally would wear a 0 or 2 in JCrew tops. I wear the XS down puffer from JCrew, and I have an older Majesty coat in a 2 (before they sized them down.)

I am horrible at linking, but this coat is an exceptional color for me and I know it would become my "classic". I need another coat like I need a hole in my head, but I so love them!

Are there other hot weather dwellers who have a fixation with coats?

I do not know how to answer your question, but it is a beautiful coat. Just wanted to say that Angie is away this week and probably not checking the forum often.

I wear a 0 or 2 in J Crew tops and I have an XS wool coat from Club Monaco that fits perfectly. Sometimes I'm a small in their clothes, but I also have a size 0 blazer that fits so much better than J Crew for me. I'm a bit more hourglass than the classic J Crew long-limbed rectangle.

Um...I have 12 coats and cold weather jackets. I think we've had 4 days so far this winter that called for coats. A few are from my years in DC. A couple were extraordinary gifts. The rest I've bought simply because I love them. I'm ok with having things I love, even if I only get to wear them when we travel. I can't help you with the sizing question, but if you love the coat, buy it!
