Dear Fabbers,
This outfit is “my” outfit because it is structured, rather architectural with wide trousers, dramatic and has some retro references - a scarab brooch, a classic silk scarf and a retro structured bag.
It is a dark outfit, but not all black. I am wearing a black/green tweed blazer over a column of black with wide trousers and patent black chunky loafers, A black patent handbag with gold hardware.
I tried to include different textures (tweed, silk, patent leather) as well as some gold accents to make this a bit interesting. It is a deep winter outfit still, not any spring feeling yet. I think it looks better IRL, it is difficult to photograph dark outfits.
What do you guys think?
