A couple of totally silly photos

I came back from my power walk today and started with floor exercises. And Emma just wouldn't let me!!!! She kept licking my face and climbing all over me

So she had to become a part of my workout. Hehehe. She's really grown up!

In the background you see the teddy Emma thinks is her 'prey' as he practices hunting on him. And my darling Xena looking at us with the expression "Are you guys nuts?!"

Sooo cute!!! Last year I was on a yoga kick for a few months and I had close myself in a room because Ginger would do the same thing to me. (Bailey also did that when he was younger too.)

Hahaha Jaileen! The 'other' dog is 120 pounds!!! No way I can lift her up to my shoulders and still be standing!! The 20 pound Beagle is "easier" ;D

BEAGLE! You have such a cute dog.

I love beagles. My childhood dog was a beagle named Basil (after Basil Fawlty). He was a sweetheart, but a confirmed glutton who learned how to break into all the cupboards.

Jaileen - Emma was 10kgs (roughly 22 pounds) on 25th of last month. I weighed her to know how many tabs she needed for de-worming. Bet she's heavier now....in fact my husband & I were discussing yesterday that she looks positively fat. She has a hearty appetite but is still a pain on walks (tugs like crazy). And it's really too hot to walk the dogs too much right now.

Aziraphale - I love beagles too! Though Emma is my first beagle, and also my first experience with a smaller dog breed. I've always had bigger dogs - GSD, 2 Labrador retrievers and a mastiff. I love that Emma fits in my lap even at 5 months! Larger breeds grow up realyyyyy fast and are too huge to lift by that age.

A friend of mine has a beagle who breaks into the cupboard with doggy treats & food. Emma hasn't learnt that....not yet
