The finals have been happening most afternoons (PT) in San Francisco Bay. The final race is tomorrow. I don't sail, and know nothing about the sport, but I've been hooked. The boats are so beautiful. They're using huge catamarans. They're so dramatic, and the crew members run from one side to the other, looking like they'll plunge into the ocean at any moment. And they go really fast when there's wind.. Each race doesn't last very long.
It's a different version of beauty to my eyes. The TV coverage has been pretty good.
