Twice now, on the last 2 orders from Amazon I have been charged the 2-day shipping cost instead of free shipping. I search for free shipping and returns on purpose and certainly have never rush ordered anything at a higher cost. I thought maybe the first time might have been a mistake by me, but now twice in the last 30 days or so . . . I'm wondering if it's a glitch or error on their side that changes the shipping option without the buyer seeing it?
Either way, I'm annoyed. And out about $25 when you put the 2 orders together. I've written in the message section for returns twice now about it and have gotten zero response. HARUMPH.
