Am I crazy here? Sort OT - Kristen Stewart Hair

So, a beauty blog I sometimes read called this: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_h7qG.....010-02.jpg

"swingy, pretty, low-key." Perhaps it was beautiful from behind, but all I see is a mess? Am I alone here?

She looks much softer than usual, though, which I prefer. I think she'd look amazing with just a little comb!

It kinda looks like mine when it's greasy and I pull it back in a ponytail without brushing it first!!!

Um, she looks like a little girl who wouldn't let her mom brush her hair. It's nice that it's soft and girly, which is a change for her, but, really, it's not that hard to put up a pony without it looking all messy on top (if I can do it on a wiggly two year old, anybody can do it).

In my experience, Kristen Stewart is always a mess. Her hair always looks nasty and greasy. I try not to let me loathing of Twilight influence me, but I seem to genuinely dislike her style...

Louise, that is exactly what I thought! Dusty, too funny. Maya, I have seen other posts raving about her hair when it has looked disgusting...I don't quite get it. (I don't get the Robert Pattinson thing either, though...) I'm not a fan of hers, but this could have been a fresh and pretty look for her! Why are people so blind to her greasy messiness?

Oh, yuck. I'm with Maya on Kristen Stewart- she's just a mess in general. Her hair, her style, her persistent scowl. I try not to hate on celebrities because I think it's mean and a big pointless, but I honestly can't stand the sight of this girl.

LOL, I think the writer was just so caught off-guard at seeing KStew smiling that she got overexcited.

I think she's a lovely girl. I just wish she'd smile more. Good lord, I sound like my mother. :O

Ha, this is really one of the few pics of her smiling.

I'll admit - I've read all the books. They are SO POORLY WRITTEN, yet I still read them. I hated her character in the books and I can't get my head around how much people love her as an actress. Beth, I think it's because she never smiles!!

I like her look in the photo. (with the exception of the nail polish). I like her hair and the subtle make up with her dress. I don't know what she looks like other times enough to comment on.

I finally got around to watching the Twilight movies a month or so ago and I was surprised how much I enjoyed them. Kind of falls into the "so bad it's good" category.

Eh, I wore my hair in a pony tail today and it kind of looked like that. My hair is naturally wavy and I didn't bother straightening it today so that's how it looks when I put it up!

Marianna, I bet yours was a little less disheveled. I LOVE the wavy look when hair goes back...this just looks like it got rumpled with pieces displaced on one side and towards the back.

I guess I'm just disappointed...this is the first time I have seen her smiling, with beautiful makeup and a cool dress...I just wanted her hair to be perfect! Wavy and pulled back, but perfect!

Don't forget we're in the middle of a 90s fashion revival ladies!!! Greasy bed hair was all the go if I remember correctly...ala Kate Moss. The mix of grungy with preppy...I dunno I kinda like it...when done correctly...but yeah, this looks just messy and "undone".

Two words: HOT MESS! and I don't mean hot as in good either. Her smile is really pretty though. That's all the nice I can manage about her. She needs an intervention badly!

Oh Ele, sometimes I suspect we would be BFF in person!

As for Kristen, she is 20 years old. Time to get over that angsty "no one understands me" teenager phase and grow up a little, and that means washing her hair.

I love her dress and the look I think she was trying to go for. Maybe the camera caught her head at a goofy angle. Call me a child of the 90's but I find I like the look of a little (key word) oil on myself and others' hair, it looks more natural and healthy to me.
