I have a basic black v-neck from American Apparel that I love, but they don't seem to make it anymore. Has anyone ordered from Alternative Apparel? Quality, Fit, etc?

Anna, I have an Alternative Apparel draped vest. It's hard for me to judge fit because really all it is is a drapey piece of fabric with holes for the arms, if you know what I mean, but my guess is that I could have gone a size down if it were available (I don't think they made an XS). The arm holes were a bit big and overall there is just a lot of fabric and I have to position it just right to keep it from falling off my shoulders. If anything I would guess they are a bit on the large side, but like I said--mine is drapey and voluminous. For something like a fitted vneck, or if you have larger arms and shoulders, I'd say go with your regular size.

I'm a medium in most everything, but according to their size chart I'm a large.

Hmm, I just looked at the link. Since it says it's a slim fit, I would go with the size chart.
