Una, it's not a "brand" but a company whose clothes have a similar vibe (to me, at least) is Comrags. http://www.comrags.com/landing/
It might not seem that way from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection, but if you look back over the years you'll see what I mean. Their clothes are sort of funky-urbanite with a feminine/retro twist. And quite often they look better on real people than on the models, so it's a bit tricky to get a real sense of what they are like from the pics.
However, they don't do as much traditional "suiting." Most collections do have several jackets and skirts/trousers that make up a suit, though, and this is more evident in the store.

The prices are comparable to AllSaints full price items, maybe a bit less. The fabrics are always interesting and the quality is excellent.
