All these WIWs & the challenge....

I am loving seeing the increase in WIW posts thanks to CocoLion & Dianeg's challenge! The problem is that I'm spending more and more time on the computer/iPad trying to read, respond, and take notes!!! My family has officially "called me out" on my computer usage! Aack! We try to enforce time limits for screen time for the kids, and now they are barking that "Mom is using WAY more than an hour!!!!"..... uh oh. Busted.

I think I'm going to do what my kids do, and hide my "screen" behind a physical book....then they'll never know

I have the same problem. I just can't keep with all the WIW's although I love looking through them. My kids are also limited to an hour of screen time.

LOL I am bumming out that I have not had enough time to check out all the WIWs although I love that there are so many.

As for the kids busting you... well, you *are* the boss!

Sara - my kids try to tell me that they are the only ones on earth with such short time limits!!! And they stretch them all the time somehow...

Janet - I tell them that when they graduate, move out, get a job, hit their 40's then they too can do whatever they want. Leave me alone! ha! But I do try to model at least a little good behaviour & restraint....

You need a smartphone ... You can sneak that thing into the bathroom, under the sheets, in the kitchen while baking cookies ;).

Same here! The only reason I've been on here so much is that I'm stuck at home with my sick kiddo on my week off. And I still can't keep up!

My kids haven't busted me yet but DH sure has. He complains about my iPad use so I try to be cognisant (sp) around him. However, I am with you, Jackie, all of these WIWs are so much fun to see! I really need to upgrade my full length mirror and lighting so I can join in. Baby steps

And I must admit now I have the devilish idea of hiding the iPad behind a real book, genius. I can't believe I never thought of that!
