All the YLF Joy in my Mailbox Lately

These days, checking the mail is better than Christmas. Within a couple of weeks I've received parcels from the USA, Canada and Germany. This could easily become addictive

I've already shown you the tuxedo shirt that Denise sent for me, but here it is again. I also received a white Danier clutch from Shannon a couple of weeks ago, and yesterday my new Breton arrived via Ornella. Today my white Cons waited in the mailbox, sent by Hedgiehog. Thanks again, ladies, you are the best!

#1: Sporting my new Cons, Breton and clutch. Bonus pic with the thrifted preppy blazer and emerald belt - what do you think?
#2: Almost white outfit with tuxedo shirt, white jeans, white Cons and clutch. Black blazer.
#3: I don't have any white toppers. What do you think of this version with the trench?

I think 1 is so much FUN! The all white version of 2 without the jacket made me feel faint. You look AMAZING. I love it with the trench also.

Love it all...the Breton with your RL blazer and white Cons being my favorite.
The trench is light enough to be tonal with the white.
Your all white outfit works well especially because of the tuxedo shirt's pleated texture; and black with white is classic.

I thought about getting one of their striped shirts before, as a replacement for my cheap one that's getting old. But I'm hesitating because of the price. Do you have experience with them? How is the quality? Thanks.

Astrid, thanks! Yes, it's Petit Bateau. The quality is super, but they run a little small. Mine is M, and I normally wear S or XS. I have two from them, and the first one has shrunk a couple of cm's, but fits very well still.

Astrid, another thing: When I tried the Breton on in Paris in October, I also tried L, but the sleeves and body were way too long on me. I also think the correct definition of the size is a small European M (S/M). In the US, it is an XS/S. If you like it, and find the right size, you'll have it for very long time. It is a wonderful quality.

Thank you very much, Ingunn! I think it's a classic. If it's going to last I'm prepared to pay more. I've had a look at the website just now and there's even a Petit Bateau store in Berlin, so I would be able to try it on for size. I'm going to put it on my list.
