I have always loved Alexis Bittar's jewelry. I love the simple geometry, clean lines, color, and texture. I am more drawn to the simpler, more understated pieces than the ones with lots of sparkle, but even those are usually well out of my price range. I do not normally spend more than $20 on jewelry, so at $76 this is a major splurge (that's $76 on sale). But I figured with all the relentless NAS disappointment I have been experiencing, I may as well get something I really want, that I know will fit in spite of the fact that I have pretty much gained all the weight I lost back
I do not normally wear understated, simple jewelry. I prefer a big bold chunk of a necklace, so this is different for me. But the way it glows and plays with the light (which unfortunately isn't the best in my bathroom) seems to be enough.
I guess the real question is: is it worth $76?
