I found these Me Toos at the Rack for $40. I can't seem to find them online anywhere, but the style is called Lexy. At first I thought they WERE the AGL's, but they were not in the Salon shoes section.
I am wearing them around with wet socks (that are covered in kitty hair, as always) to help relax the elastic a little bit and soften them up. They're not stiff, they are just very springy.
But are they dressy enough? Unlike other Me Toos, I was pleased to see that they do not have that annoying driving moc heel that wraps around the back, which definitely makes them less casual than other styles. But they are also completely flat and don't make any kind of satisfying noise when I walk. For some reason I associate these things with dress shoes...
