I think my last go-round in a frames search was shortly before Covid hit. Have been feeling antsy - my current pair has bothersome nose pieces that constantly need adjusting - so ordered a couple of pair from See. One is a definite “no” so won’t even post a photo.
What are your thoughts on these? They’re a little darker IRL than what I was expecting.

I usually can't decide about glasses from photos, but I like the new ones! Your old ones look a bit wide and the news ones seem just right!

Looks like you nailed it this time. What merwoman said regarding fit, and I see they clear your cheeks (don’t touch). The pattern keeps them from being too dark.

Carla, thanks for the props on the hair. Still growing out the gray ever so slowly it seems. As far as the waves, I have been better about just letting it do it’s thing. I used to try touching it up in the morning until I read that Robin just wets hers down in the shower every day - that has been working well for me too.

Wow, without the comparison I would never have found fault with your present ones but the new ones are way more flattering. They are darker but that adds some nice definition, like outlining, to your face that I think is very attractive.

I like them -- the feel both current and classic. They're strong but not overpowering and suit your face well. I agree with the others that you've nailed it with these!

@pil - from what I can make out, I think your new specs will look particularly good with your natural hair colour. The shape, and natural waves are very pretty/flattering. It will be interesting to see what the texture is when natural hair is grown.
