Affordable Layering Top

I bought two of these tops -- one in black another in white -- to wear as layering pieces under cardis and/or jackets this fall. I like the ruffle detail and the price. What do you think?

What a great find Kyle. I'm tempted myself. What's the length like, does it work for pants or is it for skirts only?

I think they look great and I'm so stopping by Kohl's tomorrow to try them on. I've been looking for a white, ruffle-y blouse. I'd really like it in cream, but white would do, too.

how funny - i actually bought the same shirt last weekend in black

for me, it's a skirt-only top, but i also have a rather long torso.

it's a bit clingy, but i'm thinking if i wear it under a cardigan (buttoned until the ruffles start), it won't be a big deal.

Tops are very clingy and I am not planning on wearing them unless I wear something over them. I think they will work with pants, untucked, under a cardi; or tucked in with a skirt and cardi. However, the cling may preclude wearing them untucked. I was mostly interested in the ruffle detail for layering. The fact that they are not heavy (Arizona heat) is a plus.
