Affordable Blush Slip-on Sneaker

I saw Penny Pincher Fasion 's post wearing these cute blush slip on sneakers.

They are Simply Vera by Vera Wang at Kohl's. I tried them on. They run a half size big and they are still wide at the top of the foot. They feel fine on the heel. They also come in black.

They are on sale for 41.99 in my store. I am on the fence because they look a little clunky to my eye. What do you think?

They do look a little wide on your foot, though. Do they slip when you walk?

Thank you for the replies. They don't slip when I walk but still too wide I think. I'm in the store now and tried a full size down. It's a better fit in the width, feels fine in length. These are definitely a half-size too big, if not a full size. I wear a size 10 shoe. Here is a new pic with size 9 on left, 9.5 on right. If I get them I will probably get the 9.

The size 9 does look better to my eye, fastkat, the 9.5 seemed quite wide for your feet. So if they are comfy, I vote size 9.
Also: I think these are beautiful, love the pale pink colour and texture of the shoe.

Definitely the smaller. I agree with Inge -- the texture is really pretty. Are they stiff? It almost looks like rattan or wicker.

I agree with Inge. They look great on your feet in size 9. I think they can be very versatile for s/s.

Thanks for the replies. They are ever so slightly stiff. It's a synthetic woven fabric. Kohl's describes it as a "textured woven finish." I didn't end up buying them. My husband was with me and he was lukewarm about them. I am going to think about it. I do love the color and might go back tomorrow and buy them. Thanks again for the comments and suggestions.

Before opening up the pictures to see them larger, my first thought was that they look like slippers. They are cuter up close and the color is very pretty. I agree that the smaller size looks much better.

Thanks Susie. Yes, they do look somewhat slipper like. I love the idea of slip-ons sneakers, but most of them don't look feminine and remind me of "boy shoes". I suppose I am jaded by Vans. I never wore them but plenty of my male classmates did. I think I was drawn to the blush pair because of the feminine color. Other than these, the only other pair that I have liked is the Aerin perforated.
