Loaned a friend my Aquatalia boots and somehow she lost them. She wants to make it right. I have scoured the internet and can’t find the exact same ones.

I liked that they were waterproof, patent and had a rubber lug sole with buckle detail, so more on the casual side.

I can ether just take the money she’s offering me and forget about replacing or I can try to find something similar.

I was planning on wearing them this fall and winter when it rains and gets colder. No snow here but I do have to go to the Midwest in the winter. They were my travel boots bc they were easy to get off and on.

I do still have the aquatalia sweeties which can and will work for wet and cold weather just not good for travel.

Advice? Recommendations of similar boots? What would you do (besides mourn the loss of awesome boots!)
