We (my stylist and I) just passed the 2 year mark in our adventure to transform my hair from 30 years of dye to my authentic gray. There is no more camouflaged dyed hair to grow out, but still some areas of my own hair that are waiting their turn to release the pigment.
As we stepped into this adventure, my two wishes were to avoid the skunk stripe and to maintain healthy hair. We have done both. Well, my stylist has.....I have just kept up with appointments.

Thank you for all of your support during this journey. I feel like I am finally the “me” I kept hidden for so long.
