Firecracker, I wish we could all "meet up" and attend this film together and have a nice dessert and talk afterwards. Wouldn't that be fun!?
Texstyle, my sweet baby Chase is 16 and losing weight. I never trimmed him with this "lion cut" until earlier this year, when his vet advised doing so to alleviate his serious stomach distress and vomiting. Even though he's never been an excessive groomer, his lack of appetite and spitting up stomach acids (since there's little food in him) was thought to be a way to ease his intestinal upset. He does look thin when it's first done, but since it will begin to get cooler now, here in Southern California, he won't have it done again, as we want to keep him cozy and warm.
Ah, Claire, thank you for your sweet words and I'll report back from Miami.
Crutcher, I always enjoy your posts and observations on people and life! Yes, how interesting that there is so much "dressing alike" on campus, and I wonder how they view themselves. Do they feel as though they are dressing as individuals and unique in this signature look or uniform? It's fascinating, and I can't wait to see this film when I return. Yes, please make that pillow.
Fist bumping and high fiving each of you from here!
