Admit it: how many Halogen Seamed Skirts do you own?

I'm ashamed to admit I'm currently at FOUR.

I have the Bronze Olive from last years' NAS and one in Cadet Blue. I just bought another in black at my preselection appointment, and the fourth (in Yellow Raisin) is on its way to me as we speak.

I'll argue that the black skirt is a replacement for my old black pencil skirt, and I might decide that I don't need both the Yellow Raisin *and* the olive, but as it stands, I'm at 4.

I could have sworn that I saw it in turquoise (swoon) in the early pictures on Polyvore and would have snapped that up.

I have 2 - grey one from last year's NAS and yellow raisin I just bought. I am thinking of ordering a purple magenta as well if it will be available tomorow...
I may have stayed with one neutral one but with these colors - how can we resist! I really love the unexpectancy of colored bottom and neutral top and colored well fitting skirts are hard to come by...I feel completely justified!

Ashamed to admit I have zero... I can't even bring myself to try them on, as I always find pencil skirts for next to nothing.

Now if there is ever a dress pant that seems to magically look great on everyone and comes in a ton of cute colors...

TWO! Bronzed olive from last year's NAS and the lighter purple shade (that had two names) from this spring.
Love them both, but won't triplicate, even though the mustard color at NAS is delightful.

Further question...for those of you who have multiples, are your sizes all the same?
Nope! I have a 4 and a 6 and they fit the same.

Sarah, my sizes vary too. In my experience:

Regular: Sizing was large and really long. The lengths went nearly over my knee. I bought a size 2 in these and had them hemmed.
Petite: Sizing was just slightly large and the length hit just at the top of my kneecap. I bought these in a 4. No hemming needed.

But it sounds like your skirts varied in size even between the same skirt?

Currently Zero but I am beginning to think that I need multiples. I love the mustard yellow colour.

None - I tried one on in my size recently and it was too clingy in the thighs and too loose in the back waist. Too bad - I love the idea of a ponte pencil skirt. Maybe if I lose a bit more weight the next size down will work.

I bought the black last year, but returned it when I found an almost identical one by Kenneth Cole for $25. I wore it a lot though so bought the Black Halogen this year (because my chances of finding that deal again when I really need it). Also ordered the Purple this year because it's fun to have a color. I think I'm done after that. I tried to get the royal blue one and lighter purple one this summer, but they didn't have the sizes I thought I needed although now I don't know because this years are definitely sized differently than last.

I have 3 and would buy a tomato red if they bring one out. I've got the light grey (drift?), black, and this year's yellow raisen. I've worn the light grey the most but the yellow is new. I did go back and buy a sheer top and a cami to wear with the yellow one in hot weather. It's like this one only a pattern in cobalt and mustard on cream:

All three are size 2 regular. I've not seen any change in size but bought my first one after last year's NAS.

I don't have any, though I do love pencil skirts! I will just have to admire them on all of you :). I will be watching with interest to see how all of you style the yellow one in the fall and winter.

I have tried these on numerous times because they look so good on others, and they just look bulky on me for some reason! Love the colors though!

None. Don't those say they are supposed to be dry cleaned? That's what has chased me away from trying one. Do you all really dry clean them, or will they survive the gentle cycle?

I did order the magenta one but I think I might be between sizes. I sized up and we'll see how it looks when it comes. I was very tempted by the yellow raisin one, too!

I have it in Chalet Green and Fever Pink, and just ordered it in Raisin and Slate. I totally want it in Purple Magenta, too, but they were out of stock when I called. Hopefully they will re-stock soon.

Brenda, I do dry clean mine, but I'm gentle on my clothes so I can wear them multiple times between cleanings. I do take off my work clothes the very minute I get home from work (or usually before that, because I change into my gym clothes at the office)!

I'm up to 3, now! Gray, bronze olive, and mustard.

If I hadn't already had two excellent black pencil skirts (one from ATL and a lace Classiques Entier skirt from the Nordstrom Rack) I probably would have got one in black as well, and wavered a bit about whether I should add rapsberry this year. Still am, a bit.

I wear at least one of my skirts on a weekly basis.

I have the Bronze Olive (actually one Reg and one Petite!), the cadet blue, the dark purple, and just came home with the light purple (today $17.00 at the Rack so I needed to get it and think about it). So that would bump it to 5. So I will NOT be buying any during NAS

I love their fit, drape, and stretch. I love the variety of colors too.

I have the chalet green, fever pink, light grey and the purple magenta on the way. I am thinking of getting the black one to replace my old black pencil skirt and maybe the slate. I love the fit and they are so comfy.

I have none but had high hopes for scoring one at NAS after Sveta posted that they were sizing them smaller this year. Alas, at least on the website, the smallest size is already gone. (I seem to remember a lot of angst over this skirt from last year as well -- people pre-ordering and not getting, etc., because they sold out so quickly.)

So I'm doing my part to lower the YLF average for number of Halogen Seamed Pencil Skirts.
