Active/bicycle shorts that look normal?

Anyone got a good recommendation? I perused Athleta, prAna, etc real fast and nothing jumped out at me. I'm wearing white Nike tennis skorts in the meanwhile. I would love to find at least a gusseted crotch pair of shorts, that are a woven nylon or light canvas. I want gear that doesn't look gearish, you could say. Looked at the Athleta dipper short http://athleta.gap.com/browse/.....pid=739408 but I doubt it's got a gusset. Thanks for any leads. In the meanwhile, I'm taking my Doublemint Gum outfit out for a spin lol.

Check the Adidas Neo line, if you'd prefer canvas or twill type fabrics. Adidas in general has had some surprisingly un-sportsgear-ish things for the last few seasons --- I even saw LBDs as sleepwear, harem-style slouchy shorts and bubble skirts, as well as sport-casual dresses that look more like a summer dress and less like Wimbledon!

Liz Claiborne Golf has some shorts make out of woven performance fabrics that look like perfectly normal shorts,but they might look too conservative (plain, knee length) for you.
