The blouse has some olive green in it that is not very noticeable in this picture, but it ties in with the gray pants.

I need a topper, shoes, and necklace.

What would you do?

Em, the link did not work for me to see the outfit. In general, with grey and olive I would wear silver toned jewelry and silver or pewter shoes and bag. Or you could go bright with red or orange.

I would wear a gold/silver bracelet with small dangly earrings, no necklace since you have a ruffly top, neutral colored shoes/sandals (beige or cognac), and cardi of some sort.

My first thought was: a bangle bracelet (silver/white gold or in one of the colours from your blouse), silver shoes and white jacket.
No necklace. If you wear earrings, pick something that would look nice with the bangle.

Another option would be a nice silver or white watch, and perhaps a ring or two (silver or white gold).

Thanks everyone but I had to scrap this outfit. It turns out that it is 15 degrees colder than it was yesterday, meaning that I am opting for a thin, long-sleeved shirt. It has a wild pattern so accessories aren't necessary.

Brrrr. Ah, springtime on the East Coast.

Oh, it can be a real challenge to plan outfits for spring days with fluctuating temperatures. Here is a suggestion for another time: offwhite topper, olive green shoes and pewter necklace.
