Thanks Suntiger - I liked that one too.
Irina - thank you. I have more than I think don't I.... (I also have a yellow bag that I think would work well)
Thanks Angie - I liked the casual ones too. I usually tend to a brimmed hat but I would wear the baseball styled one for some occasions. Lucky my son has many to borrow...
Lyn - I agree, the boots are good with the outfit. I think the scarf feels too fussy on me with a collar....
Thanks Tanya - I hope so too. You picked two of my favourites.
Thanks The Cat - I am really enjoying this denim shirt that cost $5!!
Thanks Star - it was fun to try a cap again... I agree - if I wanted to wear heels in reality I would choose different jeans or trousers.
Brooklyn - thank you. It was interesting to see, and I agree with the heels. Of course accessories are often more expensive than basics like these so it would be cheaper to mix up the shirt/top and keep the same accessories. Jeans of course are such an easy piece to dress up and down.
Staysfit - no 6 was what I was actually wearing although I didn't need the bag in reality. And I agree the white sole on these sneakers makes them easier to wear.
Cat2 - yes belts do assist. I borrowed my husband's belt for the first one as I don't have a navy belt to match the boots and bag. I think with such casual jeans as these the belt helps.
Column- it is an interesting exercise to see what I liked and didn't, and how hair and rolling sleeves make a difference as well.
Thanks Katerina - I think because accessories tend to last for a long time you can slowly build a good collection. It has taken me a few years to get there - and I am not strong on my scarf game. I could do with a white belt, I am looking out but want good quality and haven't found the right one yet.
