Cool top, love those tiered lace layers! I think the 2nd pair of shorts you linked would work better than the suede, though the way it's been going here suede would probably be warm enough I just did a quick search on Google for "lace tiered blouse" and their shopping results had some similar blouses, maybe you can find one.
