firstly, i have to say to SW Prof that if you like them, then that is the most important thing anyway! that being said, as someone that is sorta tall (5'10", 36" inseam, ermagherd! lol) i have issues with crop-length too, albeit in a different way, but i still understand the pain it can cause, lol. when i am trying to figure out what length is best i think about choosing skirt lengths or shorts too - look in the mirror and take pics. you will at some point in your fashion journey come to know what your magical lengths are for things. I know that there is this perfect length for above-the-knee skirts on me that makes my legs look flippin' fabulous! going above or below this spot can make them look like weird, ill-shaped logs - but that took years of mirror gazing and pulling skirts up and down. so same thing with pants. i find cropped pants look best when they highlight your ankle and make it look graceful and slender, but for each person that may be just a wee bit different depending on how you're built. I say give it a little roll and see what you like best before committing to hemming. rolling a hem either neatly or slouchy is very "in" right now, so you can choose whatever you want from day to day. Also, tapered makes them way easier to do this. i find trying to fiddle with the cropped flare is a bit risky and can end up looking like you are suffering from 2001 denim syndrome. hopefully that gives some help?
PS - those pants are totally cute!
