a very very belated v-neck challenge

i know it's been a ridiculously long time since the v-neck challenge, but i was so inspired by it, i made a mental note to play along when i had the time to put outfits together. and i did! so i hope you'll bear with my tardiness.

i used to have way more v-neck sweaters, but tossed most of them out, save for this one in a beautiful cobalt blue -- from the gap outlet, i think.

what do y'all think? i can't help reaching for the scarf every time i put together an outfit with this sweater -- they're the perfect matching shade of blue! anyway, thanks for indulging me in this insanely late challenge, and as always, your feedback is appreciated!

Who's the overachiever now? : ) 5 fabulous looks from one v-neck! You were right to reach for that scarf; it looks great with the sweater.

#1 - I like the yelllow/blue/white with hint of tan combo.

#2 - I like those Esprit pants.

#3 - A great gal-on-the-go outfit.

#4 - This just seemed so fresh and spring-ish to me.

#5 - I'm copying this white blazer with bold scarf idea!

Love the combo of yellow and blue in #1. And those brown shoes are adorable!!!

The only one I am a bit iffy about is the white jeans + pale striped shirt one....I don't think there is enough contrast between the pants and the shirt from a distance. But I'm a bit scared of white as a whole, so maybe this is just something that I notice, so take that with a grain of salt!

I also really like the look of the v-neck layered under the different blazers - very interesting!!

thank you tam! that is also the only outfit i wasn't sure about. i do adore the cobalt against the white, but perhaps it's the tunic that's throwing me off...
