Yay, finally I can post pics!
#1 This is my baseline today - black skinny jeans, black and white surplice top, and new Kenneth Cole Reaction booties found for $40 at Marshalls. This is a little dressier than usual for me b/c I had lunch with a job candidate.
#2 For a topper I had a brain waive to wear this periwinkle Eileen Fisher flowy cardi to match my amethyst necklace, but when I got to work I hated the way it looked.
#3 Came home before lunch and tried 2 more purple toppers, but they were both a no go.
#4 Was going to go basic with a black boyfriend blazer (ponte fabric) but then has another brainwave and wore the teal blazer (also ponte).
After all that - I wore the teal blazer for maybe 5 minutes b/c even though its overcast, it's over 85F today! Regardless, did I make the right topper choice?
