I went into BR yesterday to return the citron coat that didn't fit (I think I'm keeping the petite) and saw this dress. It's very 20s with the cut and the fringe. I tried it on a whim and it's a perfect cut for an IT - straight with some flair at the bottom. I ended up ordering a petite size for half-off on the website. Holiday parties, here I come!
