My friend and I took her teen daughter to F21 for her birthday - teen girl fantasyland! She bought a ton of cute stuff, but I found this skirt for $20. It is great quality fabric, almost like a j. crew skirt, and so mod-looking. Waaaay cuter than on the model. Their quality is just so random, but sometimes you can find a good deal!
