A Queen of Indecision - holding court: on necklaces

Sorry, ladies, I'm already one of the Indecision royalty, but I am REALLY out of steam lately. My elderly dad issues have overtaken my life, yet I still need to make some decisions and some returns before those pesky credit card deadlines So this is my Court of Indecision #1 - necklaces:

1/2. Anna Beck Pendant - I''ve been semi-seriously looking for a pendant and brought this one home. Why can't I feel confident about it? Any clues, or does that just mean it's wrong for me and I don't need a specific reason? Or am I missing how great it is?

3. The Alexis Bittar NAS pendant in red (sorry about blurry pic). I ordered brown the final NAS evening but it turned out pretty drab on me. This is the most lively, what do you think? My other option is teal, like Inge's beautiful one, but my wardrobe doesn't clearly lean one way or the other. . . would this brilliant orangey red be versatile in your book?

I like them both, but in seeing the first one in picture #2, I'm wondering if it is a tad small. Looks like it could be about 25% larger to really make a statement.
The Alexis Bittar is gorgeous... keep that one.

QM - maybe that's it - the size/proportion. . . Yes, the AB is gorgeous! I envy Inge with her jewel toned items and teal being the perfect choice.

modgrl - yes, that necklace sat in my cart most of NAS (ever since Inge showed hers), and it immediately went out of stock for the rest of NAS I believe it's STILL unavailable - grrr.

The AB pendant is great up close-- but it kind of looks like a vampire cross from further away. . . could that be why it is throwing you?

I like #1 - the proportions don't look off to me, actually. But it's a very different pendant that the second one, and you'd wear it in totally different ways (as demonstrated by the photo), so maybe you need to think through whether you need a longer pendant for wearing over sweaters or a shorter one to wear with open necklines.

I just can't figure why I'm not in love with the Anna Beck pendant and wonder if I should be (I usually really like Anna Beck)

and then, is the red Alexis Bittar a good color choice -- or is it clear to every except me that Inge's teal would be better

Thank you so much for loving the teal AB necklace on me, Sara!! And grrrr, sorry that the geometric pendant isn't available anymore, do keep an eye out for it though, I could really see you in that one as well.

I just looked at some of your outfit posts again, and actually think the Alexis Bittar necklace could work for you in both the teal and the red, but perhaps the red one will be more versatile? E.g. I think it will look great with that AT pussy bow top (loved the outfit with the yellow cardigan), that gorgeous B&W striped blouse, your animal print dress, your fab striped tops, your bright yellow blouse etc. So I vote: please keep this one!-) It's gorgeous!

I don't really see anything wrong with the proportions of the first one (and love that grey sweater on you!). Perhaps you're just not completely in love with this particular design? If you're not entirely convinced, then perhaps it's better to return it and get one that really makes your heart beat faster?

Inge - You are SO thorough and sweet! Looking through my old posts goes above and beyond! (I can't even remember what I've worn. . .) So, I really value your vote to keep the red one.
I adore that other one you linked. It's beautiful and being shorter might actually be better for me. I've never run across that at my store, but will look today - sometimes a stray one gets returned - otherwise I may be placing another order. Mwahahaha! It looks SO pretty on their model pic. Thank you!!!

Thanks Debbie and Inge for the well 'dad' wishes. Today might be the day he leaves the hospital for transitional care and then to more assisted living - never to return to his former home before. It's a good and necessary move, but a tough one to be sure!

I got the Bittar necklace in brown, and I really, really love it. This red one is fab on you. (Just realized I wasn't being clear earlier.)

LOVE the AB necklace!

I vote return the pendant and find one with a chunkier look. I can't quite put my finger on it, but this one is not killer.

I vote return pendant #1, it looks too small to be this long in length. I vote keep to #2, great, versatile piece to add some color to an outfit.
