I bought this one at H&M in late May of this year and at that time there were a lot of other choices around like this. I have a feeling light blue jackets are more a spring item than a fall one so maybe not so available now here in the Northern Hemisphere. I see you are in Australia so maybe with your spring approaching you might see some.

I had a light blue leather jacket until recently (maybe 8 years old) but I ended up giving it to work colleague because it didn’t suit me.

More recently I acquired this jacket from Marcs. It’s tweed (not leather or pleather) but moto style, great texture and (for me at least) a more flattering shade of blue. It was $100 off when I bought it. Might be worth a look.

Funny, I have been thinking the same ! Though I am a dedicated black wearer, one light jacket might be good.

I love a light blue bag and so, I love a light blue jacket, too. We bought one for my DD(21 in college) this Spring, as it was only this year seeing soem items in this color in our shops(EU) hope still curent!:-)

Chris - thanks for the link to your thread. I remembered it once I you did that and appreciated it. I'm really thinking of this for (mild, Australian) winter wear, rather than spring specifically, but the beginnings of our spring should be cold enough to wear it too.

Lucy - I'm moving away from black in a big way - strong move to pale blue, white and silver. I like the forever new ones, but I don't think the shades are quite right for me.
