I think they are great - I ordered a similar pair (same vamp styling which I find a nice change from standard pumps) in black and a pointy toe cobalt pair (standard shape, but great color). You've found the perfect combination. I plan to wear mine into Spring at least (after spraying with protective spray)

Why would you not wear them in summer? If I worry about my shoes I commute in something else and put them in my bag to swap at work.

Late here but these are beautiful and seem to fit nicely with your style/color. Haven't read all the comments but I think these would look sharp with white in the summer too. I have a light grey suede pair of shoes that I have worn in the summer (bare legged) and think they look fine.

Nabbed 'em! They were on sale, although 30% isn't a serious Kohls sale, and I had a coupon for an additional 15%. I didn't wait for deeper discount, because they don't carry deep stock in Vera Wang.

Upon closer inspection, they are well constructed, with a wonderful non-slip sole (not much padding, though). They list "man made leather." What the heck is man made leather? They're really a nice suede finish. Go figure.

And I think I can wear them in Summer, or at least well into June!
