My sweet and adorable husband bought me something in London at Alexander McQueen for my birthday (!!!), but alas, it didn’t fit quite right and was a bit OTT for my style. So he agrees that I needed to visit the McQueen store while I’m in NY to find my replacement bday gift.
I was pretty focused on bags and accessories since their RTW is a bit much for my lifestyle. I ended up with this beauty. I like that it’s not bright white, with black accents, and it is narrow so not bulky to carry. The shape is distinctive but not trendy per se. I expect to use it for ages and ages to come!
I also couldn’t resist a scarf — I don’t have this light blue well represented in my scarf collection, so I wore this right out of the store with today’s outfit.
