This was a little long in coming and I’m grateful for the help YLF gave me in my planning for my tulip bike tour in mid-April. I accomplished packing a carry-on for two weeks although by the last few days, I was wishing for some variety.
I learned that while the bike trip was exhilarating and unique, I need variety in my travel life and a two-hour bike tour would have sufficed. Views were awesome, however!
I’ll be looking to you for help when I visit the Scottish Highlands in mid-July on a Road Scholar tour, especially for footwear (seeking cute weatherproof booties that are super comfortable or even some faux Chelsea rubber galoshes!), but that’s later.
