Funny, I just came back from Banana republic with 2 things I love! But I think I gravitate towards classic, toned down colors and don't mind olive and taupe. I bought an olive military jacket that I adore, and a pink blouse. Would have bought the taupe heritage ruched wrap tank to go with the jacket, I thought it looked amazing, but had to stop spending at some point.
I will say that I often find BR quite boring.

Angie, thanks for the tips! I braved the mall today and got one of the fab red H&M jackets and a beautiful patterned top from ATL (among, uh, other things at both stores). And you're right -- the Loft top feels just like silk even though it's polyester! Love it!

Dear Angie, please take care and take all the rest you need. I know you have had this problem before! I second everyone's amazement at how much you have been commenting.
I have had wrist trouble too (in the past) to the extent where for a short while my husband was typing my uni essays for me! I found avoiding using the mouse and using only the keyboard as much as possible was helpful in preventing it reoccurring once I returned to the computer.

Am supposed to be on a forum break too, but is is a public holiday and I am having a little cheat!

Angie you are a star.
Now take time to look after yourself, we need you hale and hearty.

Thanks for the tips! I may have to drive out to Bellevue to hit up H&M for one of those red blazers. Hope you rest up and feel better soon

I am loving the Loft tops for Spring (too much) and I wish I could find a red jacket like the one from H & M no store in my area. The Loft has some nice dress too. Hope you are felling better soon . Looking forward to your picks from Banana Republic.

Angie- take care of your wrist. Please take all the time off from typing that you need.

Angle, two years ago I had similar trouble with my right wrist - the one that gets a lot of mouse, scratchpad, joystick action. I saw an orthopedician(sp?) who ordered a scan of my wrist and determined the wrist tendon(s) was inflamed. I was asked to wear a supportive brace while in bed to minimize movement. All of this helped but what helped immensely was switching to a mouse with a roller ball thingy to move the cursor. It takes a little getting used to, but you will never look back. When you've rested your wrists and are feeling better, please give it a shot.

i hope your hand heals fast, Angie.
Thank you for the post. You keep me out of the fashion fog.
xo

So sorry you are hurting-rest and take good care! I don't know how you do it all!

Thanks, for the support ladies. I appreciate your concern.

I have seen all the doctors, therapists and specialists regarding my wrists and arms since I have had this repetitive strain injury for years. I have tailor made braces for my arms, the best chair and work station - it's all in place. Greg looks after me:). I just do too much and with Jasmine passing I am a little more stressed. I am reading a great book on the subject at the moment which I know will help even more. (I do not take pain killers for my arms and wrists).

I just need to slow down so I'm only answering 2 to 4 forum threads a day. I can feel the love and thanks for holding up the forum fort.

Hugs, Angie. Take care of your sweet self! XXX OOO

It is a great comfort to know that you have it all under control and I do hope that your new book is helpful too. Sending warmest wishes for a speedy recovery.
