One-in, one-out is such a good strategy. I think the end of this winter will see me letting go of one or two more sweaters, as the new ones I've bought have replaced them. (There is a temptation to take the old ones to the ranch, but the truth is I should just let them go altogether because I wear hoodies at the ranch.)

I can see the sand/grey working so well on you, Lisa! Let me know how it works out! I was curious to see the softer, lower-contrast version on me too, because I always default to dark and black and sometimes do need to lighten up. (Finds below are a fair representation of the colors and styles in my knitwear.)

The colorful versions are fun but not my colors. Angie, that LK Bennett looks perfect for you!

Janet - you look so good in clear contrast and stronger colours. I think the black/grey will be a slam dunk for you. I'm still really tempted by it too. I find it's at this time of year that some sweaters that are already several years old start looking pretty ratty and tired. I'm hoping that by ordering the sand/grey one I'll get a little more wear into March and April and not feel like I'm wearing a winter sweater. *shrugs* . Big deep analysis - hahaha.

I have a very similar sweater that is In the donation box. It just pulled too tightly across the tummy. How does this sweater fit on you? I applaud your replacement if the old one will not last another season.

Ooh nice! I am tempted by the gray and white one as well as the black. Do I really need another sweater? Hmmm.....

You have a great sweater collection with lots of variety in color and patterns. I’ll be eager to see how the black and grey sweater works for you. I’m being strict with myself this year about one in/at least one out. It’s especially easy for me to accumulate more than enough sweaters—they’re easy for me to get a good fit, and to find ones I like.

Janet you are beautiful naturally

Now That sweater is so very pretty on you I am loving that pink and orange
