This is the most intelligent thing I've seen in a long long time. And although it's was designed with war refugees in mind, my first thought was of all the people I've met in my old neighborhood (where I still work), who are on the street now, living beneath the underpass, displaced by gentrification. (And yeah, the gentrification war has been that vicious in that neighborhood.)
