I love them Michelle- worth the trip! I would wear flats or wedges with the maxi.

The polka dots are just so perfect on you.

Thanks gals! I feel really happy with them all. In fact I wore the maxi last night and felt amazing in it...but I will swing by my seamstress and see if it's possible to convert it to a high-low hemline. Because I love those. In such cases, how much leg is optimal to reveal. With this pattern would a subtle asymmetry be best or would it be more effective to be dramatic about it?

The maxi is goddess-like on you, so my gut instinct is to not change anything. It’s a confident, powerful look on you. If you do change it to high/low, I’d do something subtle, with the highest part still well below your knees. Or consider an asymmetric hem, higher on one side, full length on the other.

Wow, loved all three, but my favorite one on you is the maxi-dress, you look fabulous.

All 3 are gorgeous, but think you'll get a K2K rating from Angie for the maxi cold shouldered dress-it is so glamorous, wow!!!!!

Hot dang, you look fab and you know it in that maxi dress! Keep going to that boutique, for sure.

It WAS Michelle. If you hem the maxi

all three look great! I agree on hemming the maxi.

The color of the first looks like it was made for you! I love all three!

Hi Michelle --

Agree with the chorus: worth the trek for sure!

Since I know you're particular about both color and fit/style, I'll say 2 of the 3 look like you waved a magic wand and got everything you wanted...

and for me that's the blue dress and the maxi.

I'm with Kathie re the maxi. Since it already shows a lot of skin with the deep Vs and the cold shoulders, I actually wouldn't go too alterations-happy with the hem. Perhaps a few inches in front (ankle bone length), or short side slits (mid-calf). Currently it's a very balanced look that lets the eye focus on your upper body so I'd aim to keep that.

The first orange-y or coral-y dress is also a lovely fit on you and may be worth a deviation from your usual cool-toned flatterers. Have you seen whether it's available online in a different shade?
