Yes, Yes, Yes we are all too aware of the underwear as outerwear trend BUT at what point does this look become a case of self denial? Is this look risque and chic or is it a case of the Emperor's New Clothes?

I'd say that's definitely a bit too far! A little bit of lacy bra is one thing, the whole boob, just tinted black is a different story.

Hmmmmm, I was curious for a male viewpoint on this, so just called my husband over for a "male take". His comment was that this outfit wasn't appealing because the bra flattened her boobs in a REALLY unappealing way.

Upon closer inspection, I'm shocked to say that I think he's kind of right. To me, it doesn't really look risque, just plain uncomfortable!

If I wore that outfit here I would literally be sent to jail!
If it doesn't look great on her what chance have normal people got of pulling it off.
I have to say no way it looks too trashy!

This is not so much a case of the Emperors New Clothes as it is I will wear anything, no matter how wrong or hideous, as long as an expensive high end designer made it.
