Hi all,

I've missed you! Life has been really hectic the past few weeks, and I haven't had any time to take pics at all. I'm reading as much as I can of the forum posts, but frankly, I can't keep up right now.

A big and exciting reason for my busyness is our decision to sell our house in the suburbs and move into an apartment smack dab in the middle of the city center. Last week, we bought our new home, so now it's for real! it This is definitely a new phase for us. We need to sell our house as soon as possible, and we are moving in about three months.

Our apartment is in a building from 1896, so it has large, airy rooms with approximately 3,2 meters to the ceiling. The dining room has wainscoting and a small balcony. I appreciate the opportunity to size down a little and to get rid of some of the obligations owning a house represents. An apartment is easier to look after.

I hope we have made a good decision. My girls are really excited about this, and DH is very pleased that his commuting days are almost over. Now he will be able to take the tram to work and arrive within 20 minutes instead of 90 minutes by car at worst. I will be missing my terrace and the proximity to the forest, but I also appreciate getting nearer to facilities I now miss. But most of all I expect life to go on as usual in the city, too:)

I hope you are fine, all of you, and I will try to pop in now and then in between everything else going on. If I'm quiet, please know that you are not forgotten.
